Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Consumers are encouraged to take into consideration the company's CRI, their overall BCA letter rating and other relevant information about the company so they can make a well-informed purchasing decision.

So I was charged for services I wasn't interested in, I contacted the companies customer support services and requested a refund. They sent me a link the following day saying that it sounds like our support page will help you with your issue. It did not. I contacted them today again, giving adequate time to respond to me, all of a sudden their customer support email is no longer accepting new emails. Talk about sketchy. Resolution Sought Refund me the amount that was charged and be professional in their dealings with their customers.

I enrolled in coursera to get classes to help me in my business. They send me an email to confirm my payment and since then I did not receive anything from them. They were supposed to send me orientation how to access to my class, what's my account.. I tried to call several time nobody to answer my call. I left my phone number for a call back but still nobody reached out to me. I went online to cancel, they keep asking me to sign in to my account. I can't access because I don't have any account. When I try to do reset password, they say they send me an email shortly to reset password so I can access to my account. Every month they charge me $39 for more 15 months now. I'm so frustrated. I feel like I was scammed. Please help me. Resolution Sought Refund my money. They are not a trustworthy platform.
