On February 15, I dropped off five men's shirts at Courtesy Cleaners located on Fruitville Road in Sarasota, Florida. They lost one of the shirts, a plaid Tommy Bahama shirt. Karen was supposed to look for the shirt but she never once got back to me. I called her one time each week and also passed by in person but she kept putting me off. Finally, I received a call back from Johnny, who I understand is the manager of store number four. He put me in touch with the general manager, a man named Bhavi or Bobby. He searched for the shirt, but was not able to locate it. Therefore, I asked to be reimbursed for the shirt. I explained to him the cost of the shirt after he requested to know the value. And ever since then, he has not responded. I have screenshots of my receipt as well as the text messages between Bahvi and myself. The store number is 941-379-9093. Resolution Sought I want to be reimbursed for the value of the shirt immediately. The shirt cost $138 plus tax.
