Got a car from courtesy Ford and there was live ammunition in my vehicle when I bring it home and I looked through the vehicle and they said that they don't have to clean it out or anything if it's being resold and they before even pulled out of the lot the sway bar link broke and they fixed that and they found a oil leak and I had to wait after the 30 days to bring it in so they could get my warranty going and then they said it was at the engine it was transmission so I had to wait for a specialist to come check the transmission and they replaced something in there and then I got it back and it went right back in for a oil leak that never got resolved and hey neglected the fish might eat the proper way so it had to go back in and get a whole new rear end and don't know if they fixed anything else but they gave me a lower vehicle and when my vehicle got done at the shop at 11:00 they said they tried calling me they did not they did not email me or anything and I provided them with my new information with my phone they have my email but they came three days later picked up my vehicle with three gentlemen while I was not here and the next day they called me and said that there was damage done to the vehicle that I did not do they have my bank statements and some credit cards in there and they said that they took pictures of it and all that and I gave them no permission to have that stuff stored on their files and there's plenty more that they have done. Resolution Sought I would like my vehicle on top of I think that they should be paying me for pain and suffering cuz I have not been able to go to my cancer appointments and I have no food or anything and I'm disabled and I have not heard from them they were supposed to give me a call back 4 days ago.

The dealership has had my vehicle approximately 12 months in the last 1.5 years. Paid 3000 to have transmission rebuild and they didn't. It went out then they put one in from a local junk yard. It went out as well. My vehicle has been there 6 months this time. I've got nowhere to turn Resolution Sought A rebuild transmission as promised 2 years ago
