Being rude and disrespectful

Courtyard Marriott on 6710 Commerce Street, Springfield, Va 22150. I had my reservation for Friday evening May 24-27, under the name of Mr. England, I called in two days ago saying that I will be arriving 2:30/3:00am the following morning, Due my vehicle breaking down, I had to connect triple AAA, which took them three hours to help me with my vehicle I called in late last night saying I'll be running late. As I walk into the hotel this morning at 8:30AM, the receptionist by the name of Rosie said my reservation is cancel being rude and disrespectful asked for a manager on duty or a supervisor took me their isn't one for the day.
