I have been staying here for over a year and no time during this time did they ever mention to me that I needed an email to redeem my points earned. Now they are telling me that I can not redeem my points because I don't have an email. And they ended up sending my points to another individual. I have spent close to $90,000. I have never had an email and do not intend to get one.All they gave me was 2 free nights and they ended up charging me taxes on these "free' stays. Resolution Sought To be able to redeem my points earned and not be required to have an email.
