Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I brought my vehicle in to courts auto repair to get my engine replaced when I got my car back I was unaware they "forgot to replace transmission fluid" so less than 3 weeks of having my vehicle back my cars transmission went out. When I brought my car back in to courts they gave me the run around and tried saying my car had a leak in the transmission when my car has never had a transmission leak. They are now trying to charge me another 2500 to replace a transmission that did not need to be replaced when I originally brought my vehicle in. Resolution Sought I just want my car fixed or the money I paid them to fix my engine back so I can get my transmission replaced. As much as I don't want to pay for something they messed up I am willing to pay for some of the transmission cost I just don't believe I should be paying them another 2500 on top of what I already paid because my car did not have any prior transmission issues
