I have a home security system with this company one of my sensors fell off and broke I called and requested a replacement sensor even if I have to pay for it I am elderly living by myself so this is very important to me now several days later I still don't have a replacement and UPS doesn't have any info on a shipment Resolution Sought I want a sensor for that door immediately

They took our money and continue to every month while providing zero security I can't access my cameras and they refuse to help fix them at all. My home was broken into at 3am with just me and 3 small children it happened directly in front of their camera and it didn't even trigger our catch anything they're a scam and fraud and more of a fame then providing any safety. Resolution Sought Go out of business and refund every dime they stole
