We ordered patio bench covers for benches outside over their website. It somehow got ordered twice on the same day. Before I could cancel the second duplicate order, I was changed for it. I received the first package and have been happy with it. The second package is stuck with FedEx, and we haven't received it. I have called their call center to find a way to return the duplicate order and reimburse my money. But each time I do, they give me the run around. They have me fill a ticket and state that they will call me back. But they never do. Finally they told me to send an email to their comments email, which would never get my query answered. I am extremely frustrated. They never once stated anything about their return policy and I feel I will never get any help with this. I don't want to spend this much money on a duplicate item. Resolution Sought Allow me to return the item and reimburse me for the money I spent on the duplicate item. I loved the product and have considered using them again, but this customer service has soured me on the company in general.
