I bought this 2005 Cadillac escalade ESV from Drew Thompson from day one I smell oil burning, I reported to him and he stated that the mechanic had tough part with oil on his and he would burn off. Ok afterwards I had to keep putting oil in the truck . I told him about it he told he would get his mechanic to check it again ,he claimed he had already did work on the truck and he told me to bring it to him . Ok I couldn't bring it to him right then because I had medical issues , I refrained from driving it .when I was able to get it to him he kept giving me the runaround ,they kept it for about three weeks , ok he call me sat and said it was ready and I would have to pay $500.00 for the labor and he would pay for the parts $150.00 and asked him why I had to pay , and he claimed something else was wrong . He never told me in the beginning I would have to foot the bill .all he does is sale Lemons ,I bought 3 other vehicles and I had to put them all in the shop . He can be nasty I heard other people talk about him as well . I just wanted you to know what kind of business he was running. Resolution Sought Take responsibility for his actions.
