I ordered two purses on 11/23/23 for a Christmas gift. The tracking said delivered with no tracking # and I called the company 972-241-9998 the woman said it was a mistake and be patient it will get there within 10 to 12 business days. Now the tracking says in China with no change and no one is answering the phone! Resolution Sought Give a refund and be accountable!
