I went to the office in Evart and ordered 300 gallons of propane for my 500 gallon tank that I own. I paid them 541.29 cash and with an energy draft from the state which was over 100 dollars I thought it was paid in full. Today we received a bill with some kind of write off -small balance write off for 146.00. I paid for the propane on 10-20 in full. They gave me 30.11 cents off for that day fuel was delivered on 10-27 and there's Michigan home heat credit of 27.69. I don't see the draft from the state on the bill at all. My wife and I are retired and this might be a mistake but we have had trouble before with other companies before that's why we started paying in cash. They delivered 301 gallons. I could see paying for 1 gallon the rest of the fuel was paid for Resolution Sought Stop taking advantage of us. I don't know what they mean small balance write off but I DON'T SEE THE ENERGY DRAFT ANY WERE

Company states; Mr. Langworthy, called on November 7th, with questions about his statement. It was explained that the statement was automatically generated on the 1st. The money from the energy draft was received on 11/2/22, and therefore, was not reflected on statement, when the driver delivered, the amount needed to fill was over the amount quoted, so Coyne did a small balance wrote off to cover the difference, I did not charge customer. It was explained to Mr. Langworthy on November 7th, that he had a zero balance on his account, which was confirmed by recording.
