Cpi security had overcharged me for home security service after they cut it off last year on 11/2023 and have been changing me a bill every month and a late fee from 2/1/3024 through 6/27/2024 and changed me a termination fee and on7/2/2024 a late fee the termination fee is in the amount of $2,366.47 and a cpi smart pay balance for $1,044.45 and total amount due, $3,847.56 Resolution Sought To cancel all the total amount due payment and to lower the payment amount to a lower payment plan and to put the account in a financial hardship plan as soon as possible because I'm unemployed right and possible in the future and in the process of getting my social security disability check from the social security administration office and that social security administration law judge in Baltimore. Most of all there is nothing else i can do until i win my case.

I have had CPI SECURITY for over 10 years my monthly payments have always been paid and on time. Well I got a new backdoor a few months not knowing that when they took the old door they took the piece off the door that is connected to CPI that lets us know when the door is open or closed. Well when the man from CPI to look at our equipment he seen that it wasn't on the door and said that I had to pay for that price that he put back up. Which was fine I thought that it was going to be included in my monthly bill. Well it wasn't, because on 12/7/2023 I get a knock on the door that I have to sign for a certified letter from CPI. Basically its a threat. It says if they don't receive 63.38 or hear from me within 10 days of the letter that they are going to disconnect my services,transfer my account to the collection agency and my credit will be affected. I work hard to keep my credit straight and pay my bills on time. Also when they terminate me they will come to my house get all the equipment and if they can't get in to get it all they are charging me an additional $495. But this is the thing I my security cameras weren't working for months but CPI was still taking money out and it wasn't working. So then they wanted to apologize and was suppose to get 3 mos. For 29.95 but only received 2 mos. Because I am such a valued customer. Then they told me i will pay this 63.38 no I will not. I no longer want CPI I called them and let them know this. Resolution Sought I would like CPI to treat people especially when they are valued customers. They need to be more respectful and stop threatening people. I would like something in return of when they took all that money out a month and I didn't have service. Monthly payment of 55.00 so I would like some money back in return.
