CPI just bought QEI and neither company are fixing the recurring problem of my video doorbell not working. Neither company returns my phone calls to service the problem. QEI now usese an answering service and never gets on the phone or calls back. Each month we pay $40 for monitoring but the video doorbell does not work. Video doorbell battery looks expanded and likely the cause. This problem has been going on since November 2024. Resolution Sought 2 Options: replace defective video doorbell at no charge and credit account $250 for monitoring fees paid. Or release us from the monitoring contract with no further charges.

Just because a technician is scheduled it doesn't mean the complaint is resolved. This problem has been going on since November 2024.
