We had our concrete driveway torn out and replaced. Signed contract with 3 yr. Warranty with CPJ Construction LLC 7/31/23 Corderro Jimenez License # 001932-2023 Started on 8/1/23. Concrete poured on 8/3/23, not enough concrete so finished up the following day. On 8/10/23 walkway cracked. They returned and cut out a section and redid. The job they did was terrible, when it rains the water runs toward my home. It's not even covering where my old walkway was. It looks terrible. Also I was told sealer was added, but my driveway is full of sand and pitting . Everyone that sees it says, who did this? There's concrete all over my house and flower bed along walkway. They dented my garage door, and I will have to paint due to the concrete splatter. I've tried to contact the licensed contractor Corderro Jimenez, license #001932-2023 (expires 9/30/24 but he has not responded. He closed out his fb page and will not respond via telephone. Please I need help, this was a huge expense, and I can't afford damage to my foundation that this may cause. Resolution Sought Fix it right so that the water flows away from the house. Fix whatever is going on with the pitting and the continuous sand rising to the top. Seal the concrete, as I don't believe that was added like I was told. $300.00 for the paint I will need. Otherwise, refund my $9500.00 and I will have some else fix it all.
