Manager Fixed my screen next day no sound came back in fixed it, next day gone said no camera then screen went off took back, manager took back case off and back phone case came off it never was glued ...there was chunk plastic missing he said cause steipped screw...galaxy s21 ge brand new phone...then plastic covered connecter to screen connector for logic board, piece plastic went u need new screen when he pressed down destroyed it...guy fe r s angry doesn't wanna talk and he's big dude can't even get A refund or replace phone total bs..cashier just talked to was so rude I rely suggest you go to Ubreakitifixit great company Sean Resolution Sought Just want refund and oths to know better places like Ubreakitifix it
