I visit this business frequently and decided to dine in on Tuesday 3/12/24. My total for 2 drinks was 19.62. I decided to leave between a 3 or 4 tip. The bartender decided to put the amount he wanted which resulted in my card being charged 49.62. When I brought it to the owners attention , she made it seem she didn't see the charge at all. So I agreed to come to the store and show proof . When I came she was talking with the guy who stole my money but in a way that she was agreeing with him that I was the problem or issue . Once I heard that I walked away and she got someone to chase after me . I came back the next day with the police and she still didn't address me , the issue or my refund. I contacted the same business in another state and was finally given an email since it's no corporate or HR. She still hasn't responded . I've lost gas money coming from DC to MD twice , my money was stolen which resulted in my card being overcharged , couldn't buy pampers all being him stealing my money . I want ALL my money back , I have receipts to prove EVERYTHING I'm saying . I was on hold for a whole hour because they didn't want to help or take this seriously. I never yelled , cursed or was rude so it's no excuse . They feel because it's no corporate that I wouldn't find out how to complain the proper way. Resolution Sought I want a FULL refund or will be in court for the other cost and fees this unfortunate situation had caused me .
