Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

On 1-7-2022 visited Crain for a check engine light. 27 point check came back with codes PO 442/PO 496. Solution suggested Purge Valve—257.94; Vent Valve 96.00/Canister 96.00 Parts estimate 440.00 Labor for repair 1.5 hours vent valve replacement and 2.5 hours purge valve install. Total repair cost was estimated at 1169.44 Price Gouging claim by myself. I went on 1-11-2022 to Gwatney Chevrolet same diagnostics total cost 378.88 and is running fine. Total labor was 49.63. Big difference. Why? Resolution Sought Refund my diagnostic fee and to be on the BBB and Attorney General's watch list for price gouging. Business should at least try to return your calls. Stayed on the line for 49 minutes waiting for service manager.
