I'm Filing this complaint against Crain Ford Jacksonville and Crain Ford Little Rock, Regarding of my car that was suppose to be fixed the first time, but wasn't. Now, I'm being told it's something else wrong with my car. I have been on the phone with Ford Customer Service since Monday Morning and it's seems like nobody wants to take responsibility of what has happen to my car within this last 2 years. It's the same issue that was suppose to be fix the first time and now it's the same problem again. Now, I don't have a car to use for work because of the issue that nobody want to take responsibility for messing up my car. I would like for someone to call me so I can explain everything that's been going on since 2020 of when I purchased the car. Resolution Sought Yes I would like for ford to fix my car the correct way and not just take it apart and put it together it's the same issues again .
