To advertise the price that they will sell for

I responded to a ad for a 2021 ford xlt 2nd for as stated in the ad $42000 when I got there they added in $9000 in mandatory extras. It states in the ad Crain final price to customer but they are lying. This I believe is false advertising to get you in the door and then try and take advantage of the customer. This should not be allowed

Better service when promised.

I was told that if I made an appointment service would be fine quickly and efficiently. I had an appointment for 1:30. Just to change oil. It is now 3:30 and I have been just now called back. My car was not taken in until 2:35. This is ridiculous. They need to be more considerate than this especially with appointments. I am not happy!!!!
