Customer Complaint

Called Crain Hyundai and spoke with service department. Explained the problem I was having. Was told to bring my car in on Wed 9/8/21 and it would be looked at on 9/9, 9/10 or 9/11. I dropped my car off on 9/8/21. It is now 9/27/21 and my car is STILL at Crain Hyundai and it hasn't even been looked at. No one has bothered to call me to let me know what is going on. I have had to call them each time. Each time I do call them, I am given the runaround with a very hateful and rude attitude. I am constantly being told "we are short staffed". Maybe they need to be working overtime then. I have been without my car for going on a month. This is creating a HUGE inconvenience on me and my girlfriend as we are having to put other people out trying to get us to and from work. I need to know what is wrong with my car and I want/need it fixed NOW. Resolution Sought Fix my damn car! And not take another month doing it either!
