Crain Kia of Sherwood complaints

I purchased a 2020 Kia Sorento on Feb. 6, 2023 and the car salesman Jacob Boyd did all the paperwork. I got my paperwork in the mail to register the vehicle. I paid the sales taxes out of my pocket and then a month later in April 5, 2023 I received a letter from Office of Motor Vehicle- Title Suspense Notice that the previous owner Rhonda Parrson have 8 active Liens on the vehicle. I took the letter to Crain Kia and spoke with someone in the finance department and took the letter and she told me that she will get it taken care of. I received the same letter Feb. 15, 2024 and took the letter back to Crain Kia and spoke with Christina Garland and she stated that she doesn't know why I received the letter. Christina Garland asked for a copy of the letter and she would notify someone over at the DFA department. I asked Christina to contact someone at the corporate office for Crain Kia and she stated the the main office is in the back of the parking lot. I asked to speak to the general manager when I stopped by on Feb. 16, 2023 to get an update and nothing has been done. I asked the finance department why no one checked the VIN number to do a title check on the vehicle before making a sale or trade in. I asked Christina to get with her team on a solution and what can be done. Days and weeks has went by and no one has tried to contact me or anything. I'm making payments on the vehicle and all I asked was to get me into another vehicle. My tags expires March 31, 2024. Resolution Sought I asked to be put into another vehicle or give me my money back on the car payments that I been making since March of 2023 and the sales tax money back.

Crain-Kia has my car since late October and to this day it is still not repaired and still in their possession. My last phone call on December 24, 2023 to the service representative has not been returned as of this date. On 9-24-2023, my car was broken into and damaged the driver's car door and ignition. The insurance company would not deal with Crain Kia, so I had it towed to Gwatney for repairs. I had used the service department there in the past. After about a month Gwatney told me they were taking it to Crain-Kia to make the repairs. Since then, I've been either hung up on, or my phone messages goes unrepsonded. I have been contacted by two other area dealerships wanting to purchase my car, which I plan to pay off this spring. I do not have any other mode of transportation. This started in September (24th) and now we are going into another month and year. What else can I do to for this to end? Resolution Sought Repair and return my car as soon as possible. Make sure Kia provides me the documentation to file my claim to be reimbursed my out of pocket expenses incurred while Gwatney and Crain held my car hostage.
