Ever since I moved in my water bill has been over $300 I called the rental company told them I had a leak they said they was going to swab someone out to look never did had mold in my bathroom got sick got dr papers to prove it. had a leak last night that flooded my bathroom my closet in my room and my entire other room Resolution Sought Either give me 90 days of free rent and fix the problem or I will have to get my lawyer involved

This claim against our company is found to be completely invalid. The tenant has no leak at his residence, that has been verified by multiple outsourced contractors and the City of Beaumont. The high usage is not a steady thing, it fluctuates on some days where it is being used more at the residence. The water is actually disconnected due to non payment, as well as his lights and gas. The tenant is also being evicted due to non payment of rent.
