I was hacked by some person from somewhere in god knows where....and they didn't even investigate the problem. They then charged me 500 dollars for a returned check that said hackers put in my account and they honored it. I then fine all the steps i was asked only to be treated like a criminal by their employees. They were chuckling about me on the phone when i went to correct said charge and not be charged more in late fees. They then proceeded to tell me I couldn't get my money back because the hackers bought bitcoin and once the dummies' did that it was gone forever. After 17 years as a customer....I'm more than angry with these people. Resolution Sought Give me my money back, I thought my money was safe in a bank. But they wont do anything about it. I thought they were insured???
