I was charge $810.90 by cranes plumbing which the problem wasn't solved. My basement was still backed up and it wasn't unclogged. They said it was the city's problem when I try to call them to get some of my money back they keep coming up excuses I'll call you back and they never call me back I tried again and she said I'll call you back and I never got a call back their phone number is area code 315-363-2222. Resolution Sought I would like to have a refund back of 550 even though I was charged 810 and 90 cents.

Company Response

We received a call from robbin on 3/31/2021 with a sewer problem, when our technician got to the house he tryed to snake down the vent and could not get through it was full of sludge, this is when he called in our vac truck to try and clear the vent and trap area, which they did get it cleared, He then snaked the line again out to street and back towards house, the line was so full of toilet paper sludge that it would not open, this is when the technician had to use the hydro jetter to run back to the house and got it open, after line was open he ran alot of water through it to make sure it was flowing and it was. On 4/7/2021 we received another call from Robbin saying she was backed up again, we sent a diffrent tech out and he snaked the line again at no charge and found it was related to a problem that the city would be responsible for. We then had to send a third tech back to Robbin's on 4/8/2021 at no charge, to meet the city, we ran our snake again to show the city that her line was clear, the city supervisor had the manhole open and said he could not hear the snake so their city main must be plugged, they would be back with their hydro jetter to run their main. We have produced multiple days of service many at no charge to help resolve this issue which the city is now working to resolve on their end.

Consumer states; I don't agree. And toilet paper never came out of there never got anything out of there and come to find out that they didn't have a license the city said I had to have a license plumber and I was upset so the city sent somebody out because I was so upset because they didn't have a license because they said I needed to license plumber and they never told me they weren't license and I feel that they didn't do their job and there was no toilet paper that was backed up or anything like that that came out of there. If you have any questions you can get hold of City because they would tell you.
