Crash champions did not repair my car before receiving it back from an accident that occurred a couple months ago. The damage that went unrepaired was not noticeable at first but since receiving the car back from them many pieces of the body have fallen off and made the car undrivable . First was the plastic undercarriage that protects the underside of the car from rust and debris, then following that the bumper fell off during a flex I was working for amazon along with the rest of the pieces protecting the front engine as well as the plastic coverings near the wheels. None of these body repairs were ever done even though the invoice they showed to my insurance shows they bought the parts. I've tried to call my insurance and crash champions about this matter and neither have a agreed to help me. Resolution Sought I would like a refund for all the repairs I was charged for and for the business to be punished legally for lying about the repairs
