This company is not honest they do not tell you the truth and they take your things without contacting you because I was told by Lisa that's the only thing that her company does was Electronics and she assured me that she was only coming to get the electronics because that's all that I showed her that she was supposed to take because we was in a fire and instead of her taken only the electronics she took clothes a laundry when she was not supposed to because that is not the agreement that we had and the paper that she said I needed to sign was for her to be able to remove the electronics from the apartment and like I said that is all that I have showed her was my electronics but then I get a bill for clothes not knowing that she took the clothes because if I showed her the electronics I would have showed her the clothes if she would have mentioned that to me but these I'm not honest and they don't tell you the truth they lie to you and her receptionist Jessica she's a backstabber because she said that she's going to get to the bottom of it and then it never happened then they want to overcharge you and the things that they did say that they cleaned was not even worse than cleaning it and is definitely not worth $10,000 so the only thing that I am trying to get resolved is that I will pay them something but not $10,000 and then the stuff can be donated I would not recommend this company to nobody but I do want my electronics and you cannot believe nothing that they tell you Resolution Sought I would like for us to resolve this situation because I am willing to pay them something just not $10,000 because it's not worth it but like I said I want my electronics and they do not have to ever worry about me using them again and I didn't know that they had so many bad rating if I can give them a zero I would because that company do not deserve any stars
