This treatment facility is doing insurance fraud against its insurers by falsifying clients log in attendances and non-factual notes. That causes the client(s) to stay in the program longer than required for insurance gain purposes. Which also doesn't help in favor of the client which might be going thru court battles, parole/probation, custody battles ,etc. Resolution Sought Make them accountable for all the wrong, for all the years they have been doing these crimes . TO reimburse those insurance companies effected and to have all the clients that have been effected by it via incarceration, additional treatment time and lost of custody because of the outcome from its treatment facilities conclusions
