I purchased Tickets for the Supernatural Dallas Convention two years ago prior to covid naturally it was canceled upon the breakout of the first of the pandemic. But, recently Creation Entertainment informed myself and others that they are allowing those who have tested positive for covid to attend their upcoming Convention the very one that was postponed making this a vital health concern. Not only that they are refusing refunds to those who feel unsafe or test positive on the spot forcing everyone to go to the event fearful of losing money. They are endangering lives of attendees and actors who most likely don't know what is going on. I urge you to stop this. Resolution Sought Refund me my money in full for two photo ops and two copper packages for putting my health at risk. The amount due being $783.36 for admission and photo ops paid prior to covid.
