I wish to file a complaint against Creative All Star Developers, Inc. 393 Bailey Court, Akron, Ohio 44304. Cell phone: (216) 704-8942. On April 2, 2024 we entered into a contract agreement with sales person Myron Mitchell to build an 8x8 wood shed in the amount of $850.00 with $350.00 to be paid upon completion of the work. The total amount due per this contract was $1200, On the date we signed the contract, Mr. Mitchell was given a check for $500 and $500 in cash. He promptly cashed the check the next day, and did not show up to start the job until approximately 3 weeks later. Since April 2nd he has only put up the frame work for the shed with the excuse of there being a problem in getting the additional wood to complete the project. We have not been given any receipts for the alleged materials he purchased. He and a helper have made periodic visits to our home, but other than the frame work, very little has been done. In the interim, he has spoken to my husband on several occasions with the promise of completing the shed, but again, nothing further has been done. In light of how things have unfolded to date, I am requesting to end this relationship with Mr. Mitchell, be provided with the receipts for the materials that have allegedly been purchased, and be reimbursed for the amount remaining from the $1000.00 he has already been paid. We thank you in advance for any assistance your agency can provide to us at this time. Thank you Resolution Sought Be reimbursed for approximately $500-$600.
