Creative Book Writers complaints

I want to report a careless job regarding the formatting and publishing of my book, done by one of Creative Book Writers company project managers and his team. His name is Adam Russell. Adam Russell has done a very poor work together with his team in order to format and publish my book. His work reflects the lack of knowledge in formatting and publishing a book and lack of client skills. On top of these he required from me money for ISBN numbers for my book to be published on KDP Amazon. He started asking from $600 and ended up at $200. That type method become very suspicious for me. All that time I refused but he said if I would not give him at least $200 he will not publish the book on KDP Amazon no matter what. I told him that I do not want to have my book published with any international publishing platforms. I also reminded him that KDP Amazon offers free ISBN numbers but Adam Russell ignored me totally and forced my hand practically speaking, steeling from me $200. Prior him, along the time, Creative Book Writers assigned other three project managers, Adeline, Serra and Chad, all of them practically speaking incompetents as well in book formatting and publishing business. It took a very long time to have my book finally poorly published on KDP Amazon. Resolution Sought Refund of $200

At the age of 68, I was diagnosed with severe Covid-19. I recovered alone and during a low oxygen night, I experienced a weird dream. A Dr Nicholas D Freeman contacted me and made many promises to: 1) Edit the manuscript with no limitations or timelines 2) Format with no limitations 3) Written synopsis of book 4) Cover art 5) Audiobook production 6) Dedicated website production 7) Marketing, Facebook, etc… 8) 10 free copies post production 9) Promised to stick with me throughout the production 10) Market the book for film production His initial price being 20k-$ Understand that I haven't wrote or produced a novel and was in severe brain fog because of COVID-19. We agreed to 15k-$ and on March 11, 2021, I wired 15k to a parent company of Creativebookwriters, BLITZDESIGN. Both companies are located in San Francisco, CA. Three months passed, with no correspondence from Dr. Nicholas D Freeman or creativebookwriters.com. Finally Mr Freeman contacted me and stated that he was handing off the project to Sean Duke of creativebookwriters. Sean actually worked for another company, Ghostwriters360. Sean immediately began to restrict my manuscript to 100 pages which does not qualify as a novel. Resolution Sought A refund of $20000 - and not in installments for work not performed.
