I ordered 4 bottles of creamy coconut and oats goat milk body lotion, Dionis goat milk skincare. I have bought from them multiple times no issues but this time when I used the lotion on my daughter her skin turned bright red and she broke out into a rash. I thought she was allergic to food or something else sense she has used this before no issues. So when I went to use it same thing happened and also burned my skin. It smells like a chemically this time and I have emailed Dionis multiple times and called and left voicemails and no one has emailed me back or called me back ! I want my money back and they can have there toxic lotion back ! I had to even go to a dermatologist my rash was so bad. There customer service number is 1-800-566-7627 Resolution Sought I would like them to call me back and give me my money back and I will gladly give them the 4 bottles of lotion back. Only one was used just little which I am unable to use any since there is some kind of chemical smell or who knows what toxic material they put in there lotion this time because I have bought from there before same exact lotion with no rash or any issues !
