Customer Complaint

I ordered a Prep U total clean set on May 14 2021, paid 53.95. Received it on May 18, damaged with items leaking, nasty odor. It took me 1 week of daily email complaints and sending picture before I was finally sent a return label. I returned the package and company refund me 31.45 because they said an item was missing plus they charged 9.00 shipping to add insult to injury. This is the worst shopping or customer service experience I have ever encountered. Resolution Sought I would like my 22.50 balance refunded to me plus an additional 30.00 for all the anguish caused during this transaction.

Company Response

This customer is obviously upset. We have our return policy clearly labeled on the site. The products were packaged and delivered. An item unfortunately leaked, which happens from time to time. It was the free sample that was enclosed, not the actual products. We offered to replace it. That wasn't good enough. She wanted a full refund but wouldn't return the product. She changed her complaint several times in an email(s), stating different varying stories. The Founder got involved and paid for the shipping to have the products returned. Multiple emails were sent stating what would happen in the return process and she complained about those emails in communication. The items were finally returned with 1 item missing. An additional email was sent stating what would be refunded as there was a missing product minus the shipping fees. The refund was processed.
