I bought a lifetime membership a long time ago. I have called different times to up date my cards. I just found out they are no longer offering their services. Other than never having heard from them in all this time I did have a good experience wit h a locksmith reimbursement. I do not under stand why I was not contacted to let me know I was no longer covered. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund of my membership dues I paid since this was supposed to be a service to me for life. My membership was paid in full in two installment and was very difficult for us to pay that much at the time and it created a very big hardship. Since I thought I was paying for a life long insurance and security benefit I sacrificed for my family. I have my membership # if needed.
