This is bogus also saying they sent a 1400.00 check which they won't show me where or who cashed it! Dear Mr. Rivers: We are in receipt of your complaint filed with Business Consumer Alliance (BCA) dated 04/22/2022 alleging you signed a loan check for $765.00. Then you stated, “The check I signed was 10 payments at 141.00 per month,” which would amount to a total payback of $1,410.00. Our records indicate that you signed and cashed a live check in the amount of $1,498.98. Your loan date was 11/12/2021 and first payment due date 12/12/2021. The term of the loan is 15 months, including a payment of $140.00 due on the 12th of each month. After you have made all payments scheduled, you will have paid back $2,100.00. On 04/20/2022, the branch servicing your loan contacted you and offered to mail you copies of your loan documents when you stated you had received a check for “seven hundred something.” The branch contacted you again the following day on 04/21/2022 to confirm that you received the loan documents in the mail. You confirmed at that time that the information and handwriting on the back of the check belongs to you. However, you did not agree to the terms. Underneath your handwriting is a statement in bold and all caps, “By endorsing this check, you agree to repay this loan according to the terms of the attached Promissory Note.” There is a bank stamp on the back of the check. Lonnie Boston, District Supervisor, called you on 04/25/2022 to discuss your complaint and left a message for you. If you would like to discuss your complaint further, please call Mr. Boston at (843) 834-2581. Sincerely, Compliance Department

I borrowed money from this company and have been rudely spoken to in an unprofessional manner. My family member has been hospitalized and I called to say I could not make the payment. I am under stress and have mot made the payment. Claudia has been extremely rude and nasty. When I get the bill paid out I will never go to credit central again. That employee has left numerous nasty messages on my cell phone. My sister has been in the hospital since September. Resolution Sought I would like the employee spoken to about her behavior. I Don t appreciate her tone when I have been a customer for quite some time 5 years. As stated before if she continues I will pay my bill and never come into the business there after.
