You started service on 01/30/2021. At the time of consultation, we used a credit report dated 02/12/2010 based on the credit report you have 31 collections/negative/tradelines, 34-Late, and 1-inquiries on your credit. We managed to remove 13 collection/negative accounts and 34 lateness. Your agreement was the value package, it was based on up to 20 collection accounts in spite of having 31 collection accounts. The price for that package for services given was a $999.00 down payment and monthly payment of $165.00 for 12 months or until the duration of service, to challenge all negative accounts and inquiries. When starting service your scores were Experian:491, TransUnion513, and Equifax:538, current scores as of August 2022 are Experian:603, TransUnion606, and Equifax:603, prior report in June were higher, they when down as your debt to-ratio when up. Below is a summary of what transpired in the past months. ? On 04/19/2022, you came to our office, at that time we gave you a full analysis of everything that was done in your case until that date, you told us you could no longer afford to pay $165. since your income has changed due to a surgery and asked for us to lower your payment. We lowered it to $130.00 per month to accommodate you and you agreed to it, in which we started charging you on 04/25/2022. ? May, and June payments were processed and you came to our office, requesting for us to refund $130.00. You told us that you would put services on hold until July or August, that you were satisfied with the service, and at the moment you could not afford it. We refunded those payments and we continued to work on your case for no fee until July 2022. ? 06/16/2022, You contacted the office over 20 times over the phone, since payment was processed mistakenly, you contacted my office with outrage, calling my staff with racial remarks, and screaming. my staff contacted me, I immediately contacted you via cell phone. I apologize and told you that it would be refunded your payment. I managed to contact the company and they refund you within 2 days. ? On 07/22/2022 you came to our office and requested a copy of all documents, you came screaming demanding my staff give you the paperwork that they did not have access to. At that time, I explained that I was in my house with COVID-19 and not everyone in my team had access to all the information of the customers. At the moment, I advised you that I would not tolerate any disrespect to my team or myself and that I was able to give you all the requested information as soon as I was back. On that visit you went upstairs to my building manager and started complaining to the building manager about us. You also talked to the security guard, requesting any of them to come and get a copy of the application. On this visit my team was very concerned and afraid since you were screaming and talking very loud. ? 08/05/2022: You came to our office without an appointment. You sat with me; I went over all the items and everything that was removed. We referred you to Banco Popular and sat with you to explain how you should handle your finances as well as your credit on more than one occasion. ? 08/31/2022: You came to our office without an appointment and requested for me to see you immediately, even though I have other appointments first, you started screaming and became belligerent. I gave you what you requested, after that you said you wanted us to explained it right there for you, my employee tried to explain it, I tried to explain it, and you continue to say you did not understand. I asked you to leave our office since my employee, myself was not feeling safe, it was getting out of control with your screaming. I told you, we would not longer continue to work on your case, since you stopped paying in April 2022. You asked for a refund, and I told you I would evaluate the agreement and review the work that was done in your case with my attorney to further determine our course of action. After reviewing it with an attorney, we concluded to charge you for the work performed, on your contract it shows "Pay-Per Deletion Prices are as follows: PPD- Bureau Set up Fee with consultation $389.00 and PPD- Direct Creditor Set-up Fee with consultation $494.00. Per Items delete as follows: $55.00 per inquiry, public record, child support, and lateness. Deletion per collection and negative account $185.00 per item deleted" ? Base on the work done: Consultation fee/processing $494.00 plus $55.00X 34 lateness removed=$1,870.00 plus 185.00x12 each collection removed=$2,220.00 The total per deletion price is $494+1,870.00+2,220.00=$4,090.00 After reviewing everything that was done and removing your negative tradelines, we would be willing to refund you the consultation fee/processing $494.00.
