This credit company is saying I owe a debt with Frontier. I have called Frontier several times they told me I have 0 balance talked with Ken about this yesterday. I have a copy of all checks written to them I had their service one day it messed up I called to get it fixed no one showed up. I cancelled all services they were called told me to send box back and I did that . This happened around August ? Not sure exactly. I have never received any bills from frontier I don't and have not had their service. All of a sudden I get a letter from this collection agency saying I owe money just received another one today 3/12/24. I talked to the credit people yesterday and told them to quit harassing me and they haven't quit. This to me is definitely a scam. Resolution Sought Do something about this and make sure they stop scamming other people.

Geico Insurance placed this account in collection because they want a past due payment plus a payment that wasn't due in order to stop my insurance from being lapsed. I've never experienced this in my life as I should only have to pay the past due amount to stop this from happening. I had to come up with another down payment And switched insurance companies because of this. Why are they reporting a balance to a collection agency and it's under $500 which is ridiculous because the the collection agency don't know what took place as I am the customer, they offered me a settlement but I got sick with covid twice with 3 months is why I couldn't do the settlement offer. I want this removed from my credit report immediately or I will take them into small claims court like I've did another company and won my case. Resolution Sought Removed this from My credit I will not settle for paid settlement on my credit report as the world knows Covid still exist
