Be more professional! It should be against policy to hang up on customers unless they are being unruly beyond control and I was not.
The amount owe is not in question or dispute. I wanted to make a complaint about this business and their professionalism. I know third party consultants have more rights than the consumer that is in default but the way they handle the customers is outrageous. Extremely unprofessional I was hung up on several times and when attempting to call back sent straight to voicemail.
