They are not set up on autopay. So you have go in and manually setup month by month payments. Sometimes they work sometimes they don't. They love to charge fees! They do not send any notice of any change! They are a ridiculous company. I got the charge for tires and as soon as this is paid off . It's going in the trash. I do not recommend any company that does not contact you about changes then charges fees for it! Resolution Sought Contact people when there's a change made!

I made a complain CFPB on Jan 16 3024 about Credit First Association. but they wrote back to me saying they transfer my complain to this depth. My name is Fred Felder. The number that CFPB # 240116 - 13019872 on Jan 16 2024. Did anything else please call me. I sure like to get this problem solve. Thank you. Resolution Sought I like you solve this problem. Cause using this to big to fail. Think they get away with ever they want. I don't trust this company. One reason I won't pay again. How would I know they won't do it again. I sure hope u can do some thing to these people. I want them to do everything to correct my credit problem. It got to be some type of punishment

Company states: Credit First National Association ("CFNA") is a limited purpose credit card bank and is a business unit within the Bridgestone America's Consumer Credit Division. We are unable to respond to your request for information without a Power of Attorney signed by the customer. Kindly ask the customer to forward a signed power of attorney and additional requested documents to that we may furnish the information requested.
