I feel I was mislead into opening more and more credit cards to help raise my credit score. Every recommended card credit karma advertised I applied for. Now I'm in so much debt I can't repay. This company is very misleading especially when recommending to help raise your score. I know this sounds crazy but I really was trying to improve my score. Resolution Sought Help fix my credit score or help me pay off all these cards they recommended.

I have a debit card with this company and I have funds direct deposited into this account that I am unable to access because I can't update my information. My phone number has changed, but the number they have on file is incorrect so when they send the code to access my account it does not recognize my new number. There is no phone number to reach customer service. Resolution Sought To be able to access my money and update my information, to speak to a customer service rep
