On February 25th 2024, An unauthorized transaction was made on my account to wear my whole entire tax refund was transferred to a debit card that was not mine. I called the customer service line at credit karma And they asked me for information about the transaction and to provide more information which I did. Not even a day or 2 later they denied my claim and would not refund my money. They tried to claim that the transaction came from my telephone which it did not. I've disputed this claim almost 3 times now and have not received my money back. Resolution Sought I would like them to refund my money

I had someone hack my account and stole 377$ last Monday. On Friday once my paycheck went in credit karma locked my account. "To research" the charges. They have put me in a financial strain. I have called everyday emailed everyday and still nothing. Resolution Sought Unlock my account right away and deposit the 378$ that was stolen
