I have a debit card with this company and I have funds direct deposited into this account that I am unable to access because I can't update my information. My phone number has changed, but the number they have on file is incorrect so when they send the code to access my account it does not recognize my new number. There is no phone number to reach customer service. Resolution Sought To be able to access my money and update my information, to speak to a customer service rep

I have a Credit Karma Money account and have used it to receive my paychecks via direct deposit for years. Today out of the blue they froze my whole account they said "for your protection". I have called and chatted with 5 different people to get this resolved and they still have not fixed it. This is my pay check. I have bills and a family to support and need to have access to my money. I will be closing my account but i need to get my money first. I have had banks lock my account before but once i verified information or charges it was unlocked immediately. They need to be shut down because they are ripping people off and should not be able to get away with blocking people from their money for no reason at all. I will tell everyone i know and go on social media to tell people never to use credit karma for ANYTHING. Resolution Sought I need my account unlocked and to have access to my money immediately
