Once I bought my vehicle a week later, I would have an issue. It was still up on the warranty that overlooked my issues until my warranty employees that works there named Jessica would be very disrespectful. Tell me she didn't care about nothing. I got going on because I'd be almost taken care of she will take my vehicle for me, if I don't have all my payment. I caught covid I explain to them I was sick. She says she didn't care for me to go to work and make my money. I did it and lost my job. I cannot control sickness. She wasn't being cooperative. She always threatening harassing seeing rude thanks to me. If I had a warranty they wouldn't help me if we wanted a lot of strying to keep my vehicle running and making my car payment got a little tough. I paid my payment on time and never late until my job change. She need to be written up a fired For her bad behavior you know, force. D somebody to go to work sick, cause it. Others to be sick, that's selfish her job should be taken now I'm jobless in vehicle is all because of her bad behavior nasty talkrutneys. I know about customer service. How do you spell sales throughout myself? I will not do it to anyone. Can someone please help me get to the bottom of this that company needs to be shut down or written app or fine because some of the employees are very disrespectful and very ugly, I'm not the only person they talk to like that, i want to do something about they I was treated Resolution Sought Apologize, teach their employees how to handle people in the professional way. Talk to people with kindness. Understand people and listen and receive my vehicle back. Or she should be fired for her nasty tone of attitude
