my nephew and I went to the car lot and there advertising as low as $99.00 down payment no credit buy here pay here all you need Is proof of address and insurance !! we picked out a 2005 ford f-150 truck and since his driver's license was good and from Alabama they said I needed to put it in my name till the next day to go the DMV to get his Ga. liense and they'll put it in his name! we told him we only have 1000.00 for down payment and he wanted 1500.00 we said we can pay 1000.00 we need some money for full coverage insurance needed HE STATED THAT HE CAN PROVIDE THE INSURANCE ADD THE PAYMENTS TO THE TRUCK PAYMENT DUE EVERY TWO WEEKS WE SAID THATS AWESOME!!!So he went to talk to the other partner! came back and said it's a deal 1000.00 down. he didn't have a ga license only Alabama one so he said I need to put it in my name till he gets his switched then it'll go in his name I agree. I signed all the paperwork and dumb me should of read everything I went against my better jugement and when I was done he said I'll see you in here tomorrow WITH THE 500.00 YOU STILL OWE US FOR THE DOWN PAYMENT! I SAID THAT WASNT THE DEAL AND THEY ALSO SAID YOU NEED INSURANCE BEFORE WE CAN GIVE YOU THE KEYS??!We said no that wasn't the deal ! so it was late and I said I'll be back in the morning with his ga license and insurance. we never took car off the lot went home did research there repatatation is awful so we asked for our deposit back they said NO the truck is for sale again under my nam Resolution Sought they put the truck up for sale again the next day and I'm still under contract in my name so I want a breech of contract and get my name off and receive our deposit of 1,000.00 we never received the keys and never taken the truck off the lot!! there review's are horrible!!!my nephew worked and stayed in the woods selling his wood carvings for this money to buy him a truck!!!/ there already sending me texts to repo the truck I don't even have never had?? it's up for sale again how I'm on contract
