CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. I was charged a incorrect late fee when I paid my credit bill on the 19 the day it was due this late fee is wrong and not correct I shouldn't be charged a late fee for payin on the last day before my credit card payment would be considered rate. I think this issue happened because the website glitched after I hit submit so this is just wrong it was a error on there I try calling them and explain what happened and they are no help they just say they can't verify my name if this service can even do the basic why are they in business this isn't my first issue with them I had a issue with them before and they only fixed it after z5 times when I threaten to closed my account then magically they verified my name minder day America Resolution Sought I want the weight fee removed. I want any damage done to my credit removed by them if they did anything doesn't even say wait yet and it shouldn't be because I sent the payment on the 19th when it said due on the 19 if I did automatic payment it would've took it out on the 19th so what the hell the business needs to call me and fix this
