I came to this company "LA reina del credito" in hopes of them helping with repairing my credit. I reached out to them Dec/2020 and was quoted to pay $1,500. Now, I paid them in full in February/ 2022. The contract stated they would fully refund my money if my fico score didn't reach my desired amount (660) within 30-90 days after services were paid in full. They have not reached out to me after I emailed them more than twice. No response whatsoever. Before that, I was given the runaround by Danielle and Ivonne, that my case should be closed within the week. Which was a month ago and still nothing. They have all of my personal information like my SSN and am scared they might use my personal information to their advantage. I need help. These people are scammers! They need to close this place down! They lack communication with their clients. They work for us! We are paying them , not the otherwise. Resolution Sought I would just to be refunded, if not then they need to fix my credit! That's what was promised to me. They lack communication with their customers and that is not okay.
