I called a credit bureau trying to pay off a debt. The gentleman said that it would be paid within 1 to 2 weeks. Nothing's been changed. Come to find out they can't pay my credit bureau that they're a credit repair agency which I was not in formed and took my money. Resolution Sought Give me my money back or put them out of business

They hung on me three times was calling to get info so I canceled in I want refund they say no but it says nothing about a no refund policy. Resolution Sought Get my money back or take me to court.
