Credit Sage LLC complaints

I called LVNG finding off my credit karma app to settle a debt- only to be transferred via that number to CreditSage. I guess it was a credit repair company just looking to scam me- as the guy on the phone promised me essentially they could get every collection removed. I am seeking help with my credit, I don't have a lot of money in the first place… hence the collection. I feel completely taken advantage of by credit karma and credit sage. Knowing I was called to try to settle a debt and was talked into spending more money is truly disgusting and such a shame. Shame on this company and shame on the people working there to scam people who don't have money. Anyway, after reading through reviews for hours online I need to cancel this "service" and be refunded immediately or I will dispute it with my bank. I paid nearly a 1/3 of what I could have settled the entirety of my debt for on this scam of a company. I'm sick to my stomach and just want my money back asap. Resolution Sought Make contact with Credit Sage and issue me a full refund of $379 AND cancel any services moving forward.

I googled the company on my credit report but credit sage was the first one that came up I was driving at the time and did not pay too much attention. I got on a call with a representative and asked about a debt that I had flag on my account that morning. Which was from an apartment that my roommate and I rented a while back it was her charge it's also on my credit report. My goal was to fix this issue as soon as possible since I was applying for apartments that weeks instead k was mislead. The representative stated he will take a look and we can file for a dispute for the apartment, and that I also had another collection item that he can help me take care of. He stated that he's going calculate my new total with the dispute, he stated it came out to 378 including of the a $99 for my tenant letter. It turns out the letter is a fraud no apartment accepts it, I opt out their 24.95 monthly credit check service they still charged me . The debt is still on my account after paying $402 and now they are saying they are going to charge me 99 a month for their devices and it's not guaranteed that my dispute will go through but I do have to wait 45 days to hear a formal decision. Meanwhile I'm out 400 I still can't apply for apartments because of my this collection. It's my first time dealing with collections I felt lied to, mislead and taking advantage of. At this point I just want a refund so I can go pay my debt properly. Resolution Sought I simply just want a refund this monthly charge canceled. So I can utilize that refund and pay my debt the accurate way.
