Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I signed up for credit captain. I paid $49.95 and another $49.99 for there Citi bank credit line. They advertised that in 48 hours my information would be active and they would start working on my credit. I have tried to contact them by there online chat, I keep getting, the same respone that someone will get back to me. It's been over two weeks now. And still my information is not even mine, on the dashboard they have. None of the things they said they would do have even been started. They just took my money and that's it. I am trying to repair my credit and this company simply takes advantage of people like me. I want my money back and the money for the time I lost and the cost that I had to pay for another company to fix my credit. Resolution Sought I would like for you to file a complaint,so they don't do this to someone else. And I want my money back plus another $175.00 for the expense of another credit service.

I signed up for their credit services and the first payment should have been $99 dollars but instead $198 was taken out since May 15,2025 their haven't been any communication with this company but are using chat as the only means of communication with credit captain . I had several chat online on there web page asking for updates as to what ever services that we're being done on my behalf. There intro is that they are able to help you repair and rebuild your credit . But June came along and another $ 99 dollars being withdrawn and still no communication plus I was not able to login in as a client with them Credit Captain. I have sent several message and This was on deaf ears so to speak. Finally on 7/13/2025 I reach in another chat and the response that I received was that my account were closed and a refund would given in 5 days . Will today is 7/24/2025 and still nothing. I tried to communicate and block so my chat and email return as undelivered. Resolution Sought Refund me my money , they haven't done anything for me to earn my money.
