I was treated very poorly and was lied too. My car been in the shop more then I been able to drive it Resolution Sought Pay me for pay and suffering

The vehicle in question the 2013 BMW with VIN# WBA3B5C50DF594374 was purchased at an independent auto sales business, C&S Automotive. We are a finance company that offered her financing for this vehicle. If she is unhappy about the mechanical ability of the vehicle all concerns need to be addressed to C&S Automotive as we did not sell her this BMW. As for the interactions with the complainant we have been professional through out her time with us as a customer here at Creekside Finance, Inc. If there is a specific situation or a detailed encounter where she felt that we were not professional, please let us know.
