I had a auto loan with this scam artist bank. Luckily I was able to refinance. They signed for the package on April 22nd. They did not apply my payoff until April 24th. This is the fedex # 273617828041. The loan they gave me was at 23 Apr, balance was over 20,000. They are refusing to backdate my payoff to the date it was signed for which is costing me TWO days of a very high per diem I should not have had to pay. Plus today is May 2nd, they have held my refund that they do owe me since April 22nd and it has not yet been sent. Resolution Sought Outcome I would like is my per diem that they unfairly charged refunded and my actual refund sent.
