What is a Verified Review? We do our best to ensure that the reviews posted are authentic. Shipping was promised with 5-15 days. It exceeded that by a great deal., in fact it's been 24 days now!

They refunded my total purchase amount and said they were correcting their shipping issue. I am happy with that.
