I took car thinking good it's not. Back up sensor not telling you something s behind you. Side sensor works I don't know how service manager couldn't hear it went to get it nothing wrong. Was still there. Terrible service Felt like I was getting pushed out door. Resolution Sought I would like it fixed but not their dealership. Get techs trained better. Don't lie to people.

I met with Mr. Freeman this morning to review the issues with the vehicle. 1) Backup sensor not working: Mr. Freeman backed up in the parking lot towards another vehicle. The parking sensor alert went off when the other vehicle was in the green zone of the sensor. The sensor and screen indicates green (close) / yellow (closer) / red (closest). He stated the sensor used to warn earlier while backing up. I offered to review the function on one of our new vehicles. He declined to review another vehicle. 2) Wiper Malfunction: When the front windshield wiper was set to intermittent, the wiper did not fully return to the off position. When the wipers were turned to off, they returned to the off position. I believe the wipers are working correctly. I asked Mr. Freeman if he would like to review the operation of a new vehicle and compare it to his vehicle. He declined to review a new vehicle. 3) Window rattle: Mr. Freeman lowered the front windows to demonstrate the rattle. I asked him why he opened the windows to hear the rattle, he stated, that is when they make noise. When the window is in the lowered position, it is only being supported on the sides and the bottom. With the upper edge not being supported, it is possible to make noise. He drove down a very rough street (which we have many in Michigan) and the car was loud due to the severe bumps. Personally, I don't think the noise was out of specification for the vehicle. I offered to get a new vehicle to compare it to his vehicle, but he declined. I believe the issues with his vehicle meets the design intent of the vehicle. If Mr. Freeman is unhappy with the vehicle, perhaps he should review it with the dealership that sold him the vehicle.
