Crest Nissan of Frisco complaints

I took my car too crest Nissan to get my air conditioner charged and the service man Andy said he couldn't charge it without doing a diagnosed. He said he would charge me $159.00 to look at it. Well he told me i would need a rental and took me fast. I said i cant pay for no rental can i get a loner and he said i don't have any recalls to get a loner car. I told him yall gave me a loner last year and Andy over charged me last year 1500 dollars and one of the employees said they never paid that much to service there car. Andy said i needed a new compressor and brakes and he said he would charge me 1600 dollars. I told Andy i don't have that large amount of money and i needed him to send me the computer diagnosed report. Andy did not send me anything. He just chose to go against my wishes and fast talk me to get my car repaired. He said he could finance the 1600 dollars charge too fix brakes and air compressor. I said Andy i cant afford to get my car fixed. He said i could do financing on my repairs and emailed me a copy of the financing company sunbit. Andy did repairs on my car when i told him i didn't have money at this time to get the repairs he said needed done. I sent my insurance company over there and they said andy aka and crest Nissan didn't do any repairs to my 2015 Nissan Altima. Andy is hold my car hostage until i give him 3300 dollars and hes charging me 50$ a day for storage. Hes trying to keep my car. I have lost my job and im pregnant with two small babes. Thank Resolution Sought I would like to have my car back and pay for the diagnose of 159.00 and if he did fix the compressor the price of a compressor but i need everything in writing cause Andy is using deceptive practice to keep my husband car. My husband is a disabled ear veteran. We just need our car hes been refusing to give me my vehicle after they took the rental without me being notified. I have been treated like trash and its unfair.
